About Me

I received my BS in Holistic Nutrition in 2006. Although I began the program in efforts to educate myself on how to better take care of my growing family, my hubby and I, I found that to have the knowledge to better care for yourself is only half the battle, implementing them into life is a whole other story.

We live during a busy time and it's so easy to forget or to simply not make the time to take care of yourself. Mom's are notorious for doing this!! I am trying to create a balanced life which includes finding time to exercise and create nutritious meals while educating my little ones so that they can grow into healthy adults with healthy eating habits.

For me, this site is a place to share what I have found, what I am doing and whatever successes I have achieved. A place to document this journey for myself while sharing it with others along the way.
